Vantage Point Treatment Facility is an alcohol and drug addiction treatment facility that is located at 4253 Crossover Road in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Treating substance abuse involves multiple stages of treatment through a recovery program such as that offered by Vantage Point Treatment Facility. This can include group counseling, individual counseling, outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment, and medically assisted detox, among many others. Treatment programs are based on the individual themselves and are constructed to suit each patient individually. Just as every person is unique, so should treatment programs and that is exactly what patients will receive at Vantage Point Treatment Facility.
If addicts do not obtain the right type of support and guidance, they may find treatment to be very difficult as the thought of sobriety can seem so far-fetched. At Vantage Point Treatment Facility, professional counseling and guidance are provided to all patients aged Adolescents, Adults, Seniors or older adults, giving them the strength needed in order to obtain a life that is free of drug and alcohol addiction. By altering the patient's outlook on life through addiction treatment, they will be able to stay positive throughout the duration of rehab.
The staff members at Vantage Point Treatment Facility have a mission and that is to give patients effective and quality addiction treatment so that long-lasting sobriety can be obtained. The path to a positive future starts on a positive foot and that begins at Vantage Point Treatment Facility. Confronting addiction is a difficult thing to do, but it is the most important step in the recovery process. Through professional counseling during the patient's time in treatment, patients will learn coping skills and trigger management which is imperative to the success of maintaining sobriety.
Maintaining sobriety on one's own is extremely difficult, especially when the addict has tried to go 'cold turkey' on their own. This is because it requires medically-assisted detox in order to properly and safely wean the body off of the substance of abuse. This way the body does not go through sudden withdrawal nor experience harsh side effects. Vantage Point Treatment Facility can provide patients with all of the necessary tools, treatments, and resources so that patients have every opportunity to succeed in recovery.

As a parent of a child in need of services. This facility and staff worked really hard to get my child on the right track. This was definitely the help we needed. Dr Staley, our therapist and the whole staff cared and it showed. Thank you all for putting the pieces back together
I think that this place was okay. Most of the time it was helpful. The staff were but I can't say that the other kids were. I have been here 4 times. The first time was adolescent acute so I was there for 2 weeks, during thanksgiving two years ago. Then I went back and went sub after that. It was from Feburary to April. My parents took me out early. Then I went back in sub 5 days after my 13th birthday. I was there from Septemper 5th to January 12th. Then I went back into sub last year. From December 5th to May 27th. During all my stays the staff were really friendly. I made a lot of friends there. The food was not healthy and most of it was discusting. If you are a teen and you need help I would recomend this place. I met some of my best friends here and we helped each other along the way and we got better. The only reason I did not give this place all the stars is because the teens on Subacute are really inappropriate and at times some of the staff got on my nerves. Otherwise this place was really helpful. Take advice from a teen that was in there instead of a parent that had a kid in there because they have no idea. So i reccomend this place.
I wouldn't listen to these reviews, as facts go, they allow SMOKING on the adult unit. They actually have 2 cordless phones that patients can use most of the day. They let you do your laundry anytime, they serve real caffienated coffee, housekeeping daily, meals can be good some bad, 2 tvs let u change the channels. They expect the adults to act like adults and they treated me like an adult but they don't fool around with adult patients trying to act like children. They give you alot of freedom for choice but if your needing to be lied to and enabled don't come here. They hit u with the truth and i saw and heard some of the other patients not liking what they were told. If your addicted they can and will get you a good clean. If your depressed they help you recognize your hurdles. So be real here or they will tell u go and be real gone we don't have time to fix those that don't want to be fixed.
GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! I wanted to give this recomendation for Vantage Point. This hospital has been very good for me. They work very hard to make sure their patients are well taken care of. I felt lucky to be here for in-house stay and now for IOP. If you need help emotionally this is the place to be.
Wonderful experience here. Was diagnosed accurately and treated with respect and dignity. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the food was not very nurtitious or balanced. However I understand that this is about mental health.
You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink it. You decide if they help or not. The staff can be a pain and inconsiderate, some can be power trippin', others can be super nice and your best friend and connect with you truly, but the doctors know what they are doing for the most part. Again, you decide if they help you or not. I was here for 8 months at one period of time, 6 months another, and a couple weeks on other occasions. I know this place, inside and out.
My child went here for a relatively short stay considering the situation. I was pretty worried about putting my kid in a facility since she has never had to be in one before, but she was well taken care of. I got to visit in person and talk with her on the phone to know for myself that she was improving. I'm giving it 5 stars since the care was adequate, nothing really to complain about. We haven't had any issues since she left a couple months ago.
I'm giving this place 5 stars because I feel much better coming out than when I went in. I learned about the facility through the crisis hotline, and had never been inpatient before. The lobby was full when I showed up to have an assessment so I had to wait a long time to talk to someone, and the admission process took awhile, but otherwise things were okay. I feel like the staff were empathetic, and the doctor was pretty understanding too. I was prescribed a minimal amount of medication that I felt comfortable with, and staff set me up with counseling. I don't have any major complaints.
It helped my daughter in more ways than one. She liked the staff and said the food wasn't really that bad.
I had a great experience at this facility. I have been to one other facility in the past and I can really tell the difference. The process starts with a FREE assessment and it was done relatively quickly. The staff were empathetic and seemed to really care about helping me. Once I got on the unit I met with other staff who were equally helpful. I got to meet with my doctor and therapist while here and my stay was actually pretty comfortable. I don't really have any complaints about the facility or the staff. I was especially pleased with the beginning stages as I was desperate for help and I got it quickly. The hospital is open 24/7 and an assessment can be done without an appointment. Some time later one of my friends went to this facility and had a similar experience. I was able to visit with her on the phone and on site during visitation hours. Check the place out. It's clean and there's nothing you can really lose by having an assessment done by their friendly and efficient staff!
My Grandad was in Vantage Point for about 10 days. Admittedly, it seems somewhat like a prison, without cells or bars. Go figure, it's a Behavioral Health Facility. They treated him good, fed him good, he was clean and well groomed etc. I visited and saw the food and atmosphere. He hated it because he wasn't allowed to leave... go figure again. Otherwise his only complaint was one of his "cellmates" wouldn't shut the hell up... go figure yet again. At the end of the day, big success. He was there to be evaluated and treated by professionals. It worked! Hallelujah right? He's much better now than when he went in. THAT is the point, right? I would have liked MORE counselling for myself with the Doc(s), on how to deal with him. But, for what it's worth they did "enough", so 5 stars. Think objectively, be positive and it's an awesome place. Whine about it and you get what YOU invent.
